1. Shipping Destination
We ship NIVARI watches and accessories to selected countries within the European Union and internationally.
Available shipping destinations, shipping methods and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination, selected shipping method and order value.
The applicable shipping costs will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page, during checkout or in the order confirmation where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, logistics delays, local delivery conditions, production timelines, public holidays or circumstances outside our direct control.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email where available.
5. Shipping Providers
We may use different shipping and logistics providers depending on the delivery destination and product type.
The selected shipping provider may receive the personal data necessary to deliver your order, including your name, delivery address, email address and shipment details.
6. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or similar charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority, shipping provider or local authority.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations of their country.
7. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, failed to accept the shipment, or did not collect the parcel within the required time, additional shipping costs may apply.
If the parcel is returned to us for one of these reasons, we may charge the customer for the additional shipping, return shipping or re-shipping costs incurred.
8. Returns and Return Shipping Costs
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our separate Cancellation Policy / Return Policy.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The returned goods must be sent back to Europe, Germany.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for returns, especially for watches and high-value items.
We are not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged during return shipping, unless this is caused by us.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product.
If a shipment appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter with the shipping provider.
