Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect the watch as you would reasonably be able to do in a retail store.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

This may include, for example:

• visible signs of wear

• scratches, dents or other damage

• removal of protective stickers beyond what is necessary for inspection

• resizing or modification of the bracelet

• missing accessories, packaging, warranty cards or included items

• registration or activation of a watch where this affects resale condition or value

If the returned item shows a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable compensation for the loss in value from the refund.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This may include, for example, engraved watches, customized products or products specially modified at the customer’s request.
